Founder & Director
Anna Aidoo
Anna is a community organizer, humanitarian, life coach, motivational speaker and talk show host (The Anna Aidoo Show). Under the direction of Anna, the organization has served, seniors, Young Girls and Women. Started a library and Children’s program in Ghana that has served more than 2000 children, Anna believes reading is the key to success in children. She has spoken in several schools, churches and organizations in Canada, and honoured the works of more than 250 women and men who have contributed positively to society in Canada and Ghana.
Her goal for the organization is to open a women’s resource centre in both Canada and Ghana to serve black/Immigrant women who deal with violence and abuse and live on the fringes of society. The women’s centres aim to empower and support them to become contributing members of society.

Anna served as the parent council chair for 3 years at Cardinal Ambrozic Secondary School from 2013 – 2016. She was also the keynote speaker for The RCMP Diversity Forum in 2015. She was named one of 100 Black Pearls of Canada and has received Several Community Service Awards from The Ghanaian Canadian Association of Ontario, the Sickle Cell Awareness Group Of Ontario, Black History Month Award from the City of Toronto, 40 0ver 40 Award from The Absolutely Fabulous Women Organization, She was named – ROLE MODEL & AMBASSADOR and Officially Inducted into the “National Wall of Role Models” on June 7, 2014 by Black Canadian Award.com
Executive Assistant & Youth Leader
Esinam (Esi ) Agbenyiga
Esi is an undergraduate student at the University of Ottawa who studies in the school of Interdisciplinary Health Sciences. With passions in Public Health, Visual Art and Communications, Esi prides herself on the impact of the work that she has done and will continue to for the Endless Possibilities and Hope Development Organization.

Esi is responsible for our website operations, producing lines of communication between our staff and our collaborators, innovating fun and interesting programs for our women and girls, building rapport with community members, event planning and creation of promotional materials.
​
Esi joined the Endless team because of how close she feels to the cause. She sees herself in the women and girls that our organization looks to support and makes genuine efforts to connect with participants and partners for the sake of strengthening the community as a whole. She thinks globally and acts locally at every given opportunity. With Esi’s participation the organization has expanded and transformed in the most beautiful and necessary ways.

Having been an Endless Girl herself since 2010 and participating in our earliest Endless Girls of Possibilities Day Programs, she’s ready to see the organization grow and inspire the next generation.
Community Health Partners Coordinator
Bernadette Yeboah
As a Registered Nurse Manager, Bernadette comes to Endless with a wealth of experience in Community Development and More. As a nurse, Bernadette works with Social Workers, Counsellors, and Community Development Workers to form a collective of Community workers who understand the groups that we serve.
Bernadette is a community organizer, a poet and a talk show host whose aim is to impact humanity positively.

Women and Girls Program Coordinator
Pomaa Prempeh
Pomaa studied Human Rights and Conflict Studies at the University of Ottawa and is currently pursuing a degree in Social Work at George Brown University with a Specialization in Assaulted Women’s and Children’s Counselling and Advocacy.
Pomaa has experience as a counsellor and her skills have come a long way in helping us develop programs and helping those who come to us for support.

Volunteer Coordinator
Premlater Anastasia Apetor
Mrs Apetor has a strong passion for growing the community and building infrastructure for sustainable resource sharing locally. As volunteer coordinator, Premlater contributes to the recruitment and onboarding processes for our volunteers. She organizes the volunteer team members with respect to the programs and events that they take part in.
Advisor
Kabu Asante
Mr Kabu Asante is a Businessman, Community Leader and Mentor to many. As President of The African Canadian Social Development Council, he oversees an organization that serves as the Umbrella Organization for the African Community. As a supporter of Endless Possibilities and a board member, he is very much involved in the direction of the organization. He supports the organization with financial planning as well as with advice and networks through which Endless has accessibility to various communities and individuals who need our services.

Resource Coordinator
Dr. David Firang
Dr. David Firang is Assistant Professor at the Dept. of Social Work at Trent University, Ontario, Canada. His research interest is in child welfare, immigrant transnationalism, housing, community development, and social policy issues.
​
Prior to joining Trent University, Dr. Firang was Assistant Professor (Ltd) at the University of Windsor’s School of Social Work. At the University of Windsor, Dr. Firang was a Curriculum Leader in Social Policy and Community Development courses in the MSW for Working Professionals Program. Dr. Firang also spent several years in community social work practice. He has worked in the field of child welfare in the Adolescent Specialty Team at the Children’s Aid Society of Toronto for more than 15 years – conducting child protection investigations, developing and implementing service plans for children and their families, as well as preparing and attending family court to advocate for the children and families that he worked with.
​
Firang has also worked at the Access and Equity Division at the City of Toronto assisting immigrant community groups to obtain grants to manage their community programs. Further, over the last 15 years, Dr. Firang has played active leadership role in racialized and equity-seeking communities, especially the African community in Toronto and the Ghanaian Methodist community in North America.

Cecelia Prempeh
Cecelia comes to the organization with both lived and academic experience, knowledge and understanding of the communities we serve. These skills and qualities help us understand how to support our clients, and what the best course of action for them is to improve their outcomes.
Youth Leader
Blessing Adereti
Blessing completed studies at Toronto Metropolitan University and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in New Media. Blessing contributes thoughtfully to the organization’s community team as she not only helps coordinate our young adult events but also designs unique and stunning visuals for our campaigns. Intuitive and culturally versed with extensive experience in graphic design, Blessing assists with the organization's reach.

Alexandra Ogunsanya
Alexandra completed her studies at Laurier University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society where she was also the Black Student Collective President. Alexandra is also a workshop coordinator for Black Mental Health Canada. Alexandra volunteers her time with the organization to not only contribute new and exciting ideas but lead our youth and young adult events.

Isaac Asamoah
Isaac is a key contributor to our Endless Kids programs in Ghana. He leads team building activities and organizes group efforts monthly.​
Director of Operations (Endless Ghana)
Dr Marian Tsegah
Dr Tsegah leads operations in Ghana where we host Endless Kids programs, an orphanage which is home to 100+ girls. She has played a fundamental role in our scholarship rollout, annual Endless Kids Sports Day and early childhood reading initiatives.
