Our Policy
Endless Possibilities and Hope Development Organization is an equal opportunity organization that works with people from diverse backgrounds to achieve its aims and objectives.

Recognizing institutional inequality for Black, indigenous, and racialized communities, we make it a priority to work with people from diverse communities and aim to reach underrepresented communities with our programs. Our activities include the following, but are not limited to:

The senior leadership at Endless Possibilities will demonstrate their commitment to promoting and advancing diversity and inclusion by establishing and maintaining a Diversity Committee comprised of management/executive–level employees or partners. The committee will oversee diversity and inclusion efforts at all levels, and ensure that diversity and inclusion is integrated into all initiatives and aspects of Endless.

Working in partnership with educational institutions, women’s groups, community organizations, and community members, our organization aims to represent the diversity of Canada.

Continuously seeking advice on how we can continue to grow a remarkably diverse organization that creates a positive space in which each individual feels safe and accepted to reach their full potential.

We actively seek to identify and remedy situations that create imbalances between people, groups, and organizational systems while putting structures in place that sustain and resolve such inequalities.
